The Shawnee Economic Development Foundation offers the following services:
• One-stop service for financial packaging for land, building and equipment. Specialized financial incentives are available based on need.
• Assistance in the development of Business Plans and other documents .
• Personalized tours conducted by staff members of the Chamber of Commerce and SEDF for management personnel and spouses.
•A continuing program for management personnel being interviewed for employment and/or transfers.
• Specialized labor surveys are conducted on behalf of companies.
• Tax abatements (local and state sales tax and ad valorem).
• Double Investment tax credits within an Enterprise Zone.
• Customized employee training programs (Tips Program).
• Construction of industrial buildings to suit the client, lease/lease purchase programs available.
• Ownership or shared ownership of industrial sites.
• State and local financial programs available for land, building, equipment and relocation assistance such as SBA 7a, SBA 504,
Specialized SBA Program, OIFA, ODFA, trust financing, revolving loan funds, bank financing and others.
