The proceeds from “A Tasty Affair” are invested in programs designed to continue the growth and success of our business community. You have certainly played an important role in the future of our community. 

WHAT IS "A TASTY AFFAIR?"

Each year the Chamber hosts "A Tasty Affair" to the delight of our residents. The sell-out event boasts thirty-plus restaurants, caterers and vineyards, all showcasing their specialty items to tempt the tastebuds of attendees.

The Silent Auction begins at 5:00 p.m. with over 300 items available for bidding. Our business community proudly donates products and service. These items beckon attendees to return often and check their bid, for all are worth their attention.

After finishing a fine assortment of some of the favorite entree', dessert and drink offerings of area restaurants, caterers and vineyards, our audience's attention turns to the Live Auction, knowing many items can only be purchased here. Vacations, hunting and fishing packages to Mexico, Colorado, Hot Springs; OSU and OU tickets; home and holiday decorations; the latest gadgets and widgits . . . all are up for bid.

HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS

Tickets sales are limited to the first 550 reservations. Tables of eight are also available for your customers, staff or friends. Order quickly when the tickets go on sale. This event sells out every year and its first come - first served.

HOW TO DONATE TO THE AUCTION

The Auction serves as another way to market your products and services. All items are listed in the Auction Program (if received prior to the deadline), displayed on tables with the name of your business, and if it is a live item, described by the Auctioneer during its sale.
