Strategy    Sponsor the Tri-County Leadership Council

• Action Plan    Hold quarterly council meetings in various communities throughout the tri-county area.

• Action Plan    Sponsor seminars on topics of regional importance.

Strategy     Develop effective communication between communities in the tri-county area.

• Action Plan   Maintain an up-to-date database of tri-county leadership with other area Chambers, Native American Tribes and communities to enhance communication and relationships between all area citizens.

Strategy      Document impact and benefits of these relationships.
