Strategy1: Participate in programs offered at Tinker Air Force Base in recognition of its contribution to the economic growth of Pottawatomie County. 

• Action Plan: Sponsor OKC Air Logistics Center at Tinker Air Force Base Quarterly Award Dinners.
• Action Plan: Sponsor Chamberbucks Program to entice TAFB employees to visit and shop in Shawnee.
• Action Plan: Participate in the CommStar Program sponsored by TAFB
   

Strategy 2: Participate in such other activities that promote Shawnee as a place to live and shop to existing and incoming TAFB employees.
