Objective: Promote and provide support to our small business community.

Strategy: Develop and implement promotional programs that directly affect small retailers and service firms in the greater Shawnee area. 

Action Plan: Sponsor "Shop the Greater Shawnee Area" retail campaign

Strategy: Develop and present educational programs on issues of importance to the small business owner.

Action Plan: Sponsor at least six (6) seminars or workshops.

Strategy: Serve as the voice of small business.

Action Plan: Provide input to the Chamber Board of Directors regarding issues pertaining to small business.

Strategy: Serve as mentors to early-stage businesses.

Action Plan: Sponsor CEO Roundtables to provide CEOs and business owners an opportunity to share problems with people who have other experiences and perspectives.
